Big properties often have big messes, and big messes require big clean-ups. Even if you manage to keep your facility squeaky clean, you can still save labor costs and logistical headaches by investing in cleaning machines!
Sani-Chem is proud to provide equipment servicing and repair, as well as sell, cleaning machines for both residential and commercial applications, light duty to heavy duty.
Vacuum cleaners are essential for maintaining carpets from daily wear and tear. We have several types of vacuums available:
- Canister Vacuums: typically boasting superior suction, canister vacuums are ideal for heavy duty applications. If portability is a concern – such as a building without elevator access – lugging them around can be a bit difficult.
- Upright Bagged: as old-school as they are, bagged vacuums are often the most rugged and durable options. Bags also filter out particulates, ideal for settings where air quality is a concern.
- Upright Bagless: by using a plastic container instead of a disposable bag, bagless vacuums help save money and the environment. However, their filters let more particulates into the air than a bagged vacuum.
Floor scrubbers combine sweeping, mopping, and drying into a single machine. They’re a huge timesaver for large areas like grocery stores and lobbies. Floor scrubbers are usually differentiated by size and subsequently tank capacity.
Even the smallest floor scrubbers still aren’t made for small spaces, so be sure to keep mops on hand for those areas.
No matter how diligent you are with vacuuming, carpet cleaners – also called extractors – are required regular maintenance for carpet installations. Instead of hiring pros each time, why not save money and invest in a machine of your own? Our carpet cleaners are easy to use yourself, and are available with attachments for cleaning upholstery.
To keep linoleum and other surfaces looking brand new, you should buff your floors at least every few months, more often in high traffic areas. Our buffers and burnishers are up to the task, and we carry buffing pads in a variety of sizes.
If you have cleaning equipment that needs some TLC – Sani-Chem can help. Many types of machinery not mentioned here we can still service or repair for you.
